iPile is the first and only integrated pile integrity testing solution for data recording, storage, analysis & reporting. iPile's mobile app is optimized for both iOS and Android ecosystems, therefore eliminating the need for traditional data loggers, and PC software.
iPile can be used to test cast-in-place concrete piles and drilled shafts. The device allows you to test for multiple flaws & unknown factors such as the length of piles, voids and defects in piles & changes in pile cross-sections.

How iPile Works
iPile operates based on sonic-echo (also referred to as pulse-echo) method to evaluate integrity of deep foundations and piles. The testing process is completed in three simple steps.
A hand-held hammer is used to strike the pile head.
The echoes from pile toe and/or internal defects are collected using iPile sensor
Test results are instantly visualized on Tablet, helping engineers with data processing.
